The President of the Baalbeck Union of Municipalities, Shafiq Qassem Shehadeh, received a pesticide spray pump from the Regie as part of its efforts to support the agricultural sector and tobacco farmers in Baalbeck.
The handover took place in the presence of the Head of the Agriculture Office in the Bekaa and the President of the Employees and Workers Syndicate of the Regie, Mr. Hossam Sharif, accompanied by a delegation from the Bekaa office.
Shehadeh expressed his gratitude to Engineer Seklaoui and Mr. Hossam Sharif, commending the Regie for its vital service and developmental role in supporting the local community.
Sharif noted that the Regie’s Director General, Eng. Seklaoui, entrusted them with delivering this assistance to the Baalbeck Municipalities’ Union to support tobacco farmers and bolster agricultural efforts in the region.
