In a major step toward digital transformation and enhancing work efficiency, the Lebanese Regie for Tobacco launched the 4Es program, designed to automate all quality and occupational safety processes.
As part of the Regie’s commitment to excellence, forty employees participated in a three-day intensive training supervised by UMB and held on February 5, 6, and 11. Three groups from different directorates and departments also took part in the training.
The program aims to digitize ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 processes, which will improve workflow, enhance operational efficiency, reduce human error and save time, all while ensuring more accurate performance monitoring and higher quality.
With this initiative, the Regie reaffirms its commitment to innovation and development, demonstrating that it is a leader in the implementation of the latest digital solutions to enhance sustainability and operational efficiency.
