Inspection Visit by Regie Board Member Dr. Mazen Abboud to the Batroun Facility: A Call for Development and Innovation in Facing Challenges

On behalf of the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Mazen Abboud, member of the Regie Board, accompanied by the coordinator of the industrial activities, Engineer Paul Ghanimeh, conducted an assessment visit to the Batroun facility where they met with the staff in the presence of the heads od the department and office.

Engaging with the employees, Dr. Abboud conveyed the Regie’s strategic vision. He urged the team to boost productivity, embrace innovation, and continuously develop their skills to remain indispensable in a world increasingly focused on value creation. He encouraged every employee to self-assess and propose actionable improvements to contribute effectively to the institution's progress.

In a country of challenges, Dr. Abboud expressed concerns about the potential impact of storms on "withered branches". He stressed that both the country and the Regie have entered a new phase marked by significant challenges that demand a fresh and dynamic approach to performance.
